Red Lobster Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups Bisquick
¾ cup milk
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon parsley flakes

DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 400. Mix Bisquick with cold butter using pastry cutter or large fork. Leave pea-size chunks of butter.
Add 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. Old Bay spice, milk and cheese, until mixed.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.

Combine butter, garlic powder, Old Bay, parsley and salt.
Melt in microwave for 20 seconds.
Brush top of biscuits with butter mix. (I stab the biscuits before brushing them so that the butter can get inside the rolls). Serve--goes well with any seafood dish (duh).
