Breadmachine Bum Rolls

(credit to Allrecipes.com)

INGREDIENTS
* 1.5 cups warm milk (room temperature)
* 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
* 4.5 cups all-purpose flour
* 4.5 tablespoons white sugar
* 1.5 teaspoon salt
* 3 1/4 t. yeast

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the bread flour, sugar, salt, milk, butter, and yeast in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set on Dough cycle; press Start.

2. Remove risen dough from the machine, deflate, and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces, and form into rounds. Place the rounds in lightly greased muffin tin, 2 balls in each cup. Cover the rolls and let rise until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

Red Lobster Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups Bisquick
¾ cup milk
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon parsley flakes

DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 400. Mix Bisquick with cold butter using pastry cutter or large fork. Leave pea-size chunks of butter.
Add 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. Old Bay spice, milk and cheese, until mixed.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.

Combine butter, garlic powder, Old Bay, parsley and salt.
Melt in microwave for 20 seconds.
Brush top of biscuits with butter mix. (I stab the biscuits before brushing them so that the butter can get inside the rolls). Serve--goes well with any seafood dish (duh).
