INGREDIENTS:
9 sheets Barilla Oven-ready lasagna
2 eggs
15 oz. ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (26 oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Cook beef; drain. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, and Parmesan. Preheat oven to 375.

LAYER #1: Put 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan. Use 1/2 of the cheese mixture to cover 3 lasagna sheets--place side by side in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ground beef. Cover with remainder of first can of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.

LAYER #2: Repeat steps above for next layer EXCEPT for sprinkling with 1 cup mozzarella.

TOP LAYER: Place 3 lasagna sheets on top of pan. Cover with remaining sauce (last 1/2 jar) and 1 cup mozzarella.

Cover with foil. Bake 50 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
